09 Sep StoneCrest Hotels Supports Cycling for Courage Fundraiser for Honour House Society
Ramada 100 Mile House was pleased to support Amarjit Sull and his Cycling for Courage team during their 1,000 km cycling fundraiser in support of Honour House Society.
The team reached out to Ramada 100 Mile House for accommodation support during their journey, and the hotel provided two complimentary rooms for the three cyclists and their support driver.
Honour House Society provides a home away from home for members of the Canadian Armed Forces, Veterans, Emergency Services Personnel and their families who require medical treatment in Vancouver. Through Cycling for Courage, the team took on the 1,000 km journey in support of the organization.
Following their stay, Amarjit shared his appreciation for the Ramada 100 Mile House team, describing the staff as “amazing and very supportive, curious and helpful.” He also noted that the stay exceeded his expectations, particularly after the fatigue and travel involved in their journey.
Amarjit also highlighted the comfort of the hotel, sharing that the team had a restful night before continuing their route and that the blackout blinds helped them get the rest they needed.
