StoneCrest Hotels’ 2026 Annual Event Week in Kamloops, BC, was built around that idea, bringing managers and team members from across the company’s properties together for a week of professional training, celebration, and recognition.

Training sessions formed the foundation of the programme. Designed to strengthen operational knowledge and reinforce the standards that define the StoneCrest guest experience, the sessions gave participants a space to share best practices and learn directly from leadership. What works well at one property became a resource for all of them, and the knowledge exchanged in the room travelled back to every location.   

Learning was only part of the picture. Themed entertainment evenings, including Cowboy Night, gave colleagues the chance to connect beyond their day-to-day roles. For a company with teams spread across multiple properties, these shared experiences turned familiar names into familiar faces and strengthened the sense of belonging to one organisation.
